Wheelsys, a leading provider of car rental and mobility software with a global footprint of over 1,000 customers across 100+ countries, is expanding its Customer Success Team!

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to be based at our offices in Iraklion, Athens, Greece.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office position where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our international client base and ensuring a seamless experience with the Wheels Car Rental System.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and ticketing system
• Delivering training and onboarding sessions to new users
• Testing and validating new features and product updates
• Collaborating closely with customers to help them maximize value from our platform

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in the car rental industry
• Experience using Wheels Car Rental System is a major plus
• Previous exposure to the travel industry is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A customer-first attitude and collaborative mindset
